Sensory neuron that has its dendrite in the prosternal (anterior prothoracic) chordotonal organ (Marin et al., 2024). It is proprioceptive (Marin et al., 2024). It follows the prothoracic chordotonal nerve to the prothoracic neuromere, where it joins the dorsal median tract and extends posteriorly (Marin et al., 2024; Gorko et al., 2024. It sends processes towards the midline Gorko et al., 2024. (Gorko et al., 2024)
