LHPV2b1 [FBbt_00049380]

Adult lateral horn local neuron of the PV2b1 group that fasciculates with the PV2 primary neurite tract (Dolan et al., 2019; Schlegel et al., 2021). It is a secondary neuron that is part of the BLP1 (VPNp&v1) posterior hemilineage (Schlegel et al., 2021). There are approximately three of these cells per hemisphere and they are GABAergic (Dolan et al., 2019; Schlegel et al., 2021).

It is a secondary neuron that is part of the BLP1 (VPNp&v1) posterior hemilineage (Schlegel et al., 2021). There are approximately three of these cells per hemisphere and they are GABAergic (Dolan et al., 2019; Schlegel et al., 2021).

Assumed to be part of same hemilineage as LHPV2a1, LHPV2a2, LHPV2a3 and LHPV2b5 based on shared primary neurite tract (PVL03) in Schlegel et al. (2021).
